Rane MP24x Audio Mixer

Rane MP24x Mixer.
Ok, this unit is being sold for "parts or repair" because I am just not sure how to test every feature (or quite frankly what the features are). First off, the unit is missing one adjustment knob, two slider knobs, and a slider for the cross-fader is broken, not just missing. The cross-fader can still be manipulated by pushing on the stub. The unit powers on fine, and every button I push lights or un-lights the corresponding LED. I was able to put music in through the RCA connections in the back and send it out via "tape monitor" and change the sound by moving the channel fader. I hooked up a mic via the XLR input but I wasn't able to get sound in or the LED for MIC to light so not sure if this is not working or user error. Power cord has a spot that has a nick in the insulation as shown. I am happy to answer any question you may have about this unit.
