New! The box is falling apart, has the storage grease on it, but it is dry and has some lite rust spots. Chuck key and mounting bolts included.
Chuck key has a slight bend in on side of the handle. Perfectly functional. Two piece jaw type chuck. Appears to have been in storage for a long time.
9" Diameter, 4" thick jaws stick out 1-3/4", appears to have been made for higher speed operation. Mounting surfaces in clean untouched condition. Nicely made.
